Cost to upgrade Mac Mini memory

Just watch a on line tutorial on how to upgrade the memory. Frankly beyond my sanity level. SO will bring to a professional. Any insight of cost - in Toronto? Recommendation of shop as well appreciated. Thinking Carbon Computing or Apple at Sherway.

Last I checked, the going rate was around $45 + tax.

Which Mini do you have? Its not too hard... I've upgraded the Ram in both the white and silver "larger" Mini's and it wasn't too hard!

Some computer shops will install the ram for you if you buy it from them. Maybe check with an Apple authorized dealer around you. I think Carbon does it for free if you buy from them, but the emphasis is on "think".

For the models within the last couple of years, the upgrade is easy to do. I've done it myself a couple of times, and it's simple. The video watched must have been making it seem much harder than it is.
