Seems the Canadian Apple Store nevers offers the great refurb. deals often available on U.S. I've tried several ways of buying the U.S. refurbs from Canada (including phoning both Stores, as well as Apple Canada head office), and don't seem to be getting anywhere.
Would be most grateful for any other thoughts on how to accomplish this.
