Hi all, have a question.

I believe OSX will now along you to use a desktop as a base station.

So I have a DP867, if I put an Airport card in it, can I set it up to act as a base station so that a PC laptop can network with the Mac and share an internet connection.

What about sharing printers? I have two, both are 10BaseT.

thanks all

that's good to knot. Any comments about the following statement (found under OSX help:)

Important: If your Internet connection and your local network use the same port (built-in Ethernet, for example), investigate possible side effects before you turn on Internet sharing. In some cases (if you use a cable modem, for example) you might unintentionally affect the network settings of other ISP customers, and your ISP might terminate your service to prevent you from disrupting their network.
