I have a trendnet wireless USB ethernet card and I'm wondering if it
will work with my Pizmo OS 9.2.2. I'm assuming I just plug in the USB
device and install software, but what would I use?
I currently have a wireless router connected to a G5 which hosts my network.
Is there an OS 9 wireless utility app out there or can I use the airport
utility that's w/the OS......Thx for all replies

First you'll have to find out if your usb adapter is supported under OS 9.
The best way is to search for the chipset on the card and then search for mac drivers for that chipset!
Good luck!

There is OS9 driver software from IOExperts which supports many third party PCMCIA cards but it costs money.
If you were running OSX, the built-in Airport drivers natively support many third wireless PC cards, mainly the ones which use the Broadcom chipset. I used a Linksys G card in my Powerbook G3 Lombard.
Good luck...
