Greetings from Europe,

I have been travelling with my signifacant other through Europe and have had a few cd disk burned with my photos...

So, the question is does the media in Europe **Ie. the disks** work the same. In other words is a burned photo cd with jpeg files the same as a disk done in Canada-North America.

Thanks, very much for your help.

Cheers,

Burned CDs and even burned data DVDs don't have limitations other than the computer having the necessary software on the computer and an appropriate drive. In short: Your CDs should be just fine anywhere in the world.

Generally, only video DVDs will have any kind of limitation due to video format (PAL, SECAM, NTSC) and possibly region coding, something that most DVD Video burning software ignores by setting it to Region 0 (All Regions).
