Today I was in First Canadian Place (King & Bay St). There were ads everywhere promoting a Spotnik Wi-Fi area in the food court. Has anyone had any experience with Spotnik?

There is a list of other sites at http://www.spotnikmobile.com/findhotspot.epl
There 30 day plan is $50!

Another company http://www.fatport.com/
is only $34/month but they currently only have a few locations.

fatport is great. they're all over DT Vancouver, so you can usually find a cafe/hotel in whatever neighborhood you happen to be in. they just lowered their pricing too.

i was on the website yesterday and i was shocked at the lack of locations in toronto, but i guess they're just establishing a foothold there.

Is this what the pricing structure will be like? It was free in Term 2 in Pearson. But I must say that as long as you have a fresh batt or a outlet next to you - this is totally cool... That airport card can squeeze the life right out my batt.

oh yeah... I think that there is service in Union Station. Actually,
here is the official press release.
