I got my Brand new Zip module for my Lombard
delivered the other day that I bought on eBay for $30. cad

Now I need to know which Zip 100 disk to buy,
Should I buy the original Iomega brand or should I buy
the Fuji/Maxwell brand?
Which is better?
Is there a difference?

Anyone have any experiences with either brand or are they pretty much equal?
Canada Computers seems to have the cheapest prices on both brands.

From the few that I've used, I can't tell if there is a difference. I've never had one fail on me yet...knock on wood!

The only difference between the brands is probably the price. ;) I've used Iomega 100 MB disks and they work just fine for me. I've never had any fail on me before.

We use Fuji and Iomega. The Fuji's don't have an insert to label. The Iomega's have a reversible insert, which you can write on. Both are good disks, never any problems. (used 100's of them)

All Zip disks are made by Iomega, they are just rebranded and sold by various vendors.

Buy the best deal. The disks themselves are pretty much identical, if not totally identical.

Buy PC formatted disks if you want; it just takes a few seconds to reformat them.
