Where is my MacBook Pro?

Okay ... I am getting sick and tired of waiting! So, I decided to do some detective work to find out where my MBP really is and make this into a (geeky) game. Here goes:

    Departed FedEx location

    MEMPHIS, TN

    Arrived at FedEx location

I find this confusing. Why was it "in transit", only to depart two days later? No matter. I assume the package actually left today.

Assuming it really did leave, there is one more FedEx flight from Memphis to Toronto today. Flight FX 232. The flight should be departing right now, and should land in Toronto at 7:12 PM.

From there, I guess the packages (iPod and MBP) will clear customs and go to the sorting facility in Mississauga, then head out to Ajax tomorrow.

I am relaxed. You should have seen me when I was waiting for my MINI to be shipped over from Oxford! I tracked it all the way from the port in Southampton to Halifax. I even had someone spying on the port in Halifax, taking pictures on the day my car arrived. :lmao:

What can I say? I am not good at waiting patiently for my toys. I will have a drink though ... while I watch the flight status! (1100 km to go...)

agree, just relax... FedEx should of given you an est. delivery date. FedEx is usually pretty good, if its delayed, they will adjust the est. delivery date when you track the parcel.

And yes, FedEx gave an estimated delivery date. It's September 19th by 6 PM.

I wasn't quite expecting the MBP tonight ... heh. That would have been completely unrealistic. The plane just landed about half an hour ago.

Anyway, for those who care, (me) I appear to have been correct on the flight. It was processed at the sort facility in Mississauga at 6am and has made its way to Scarborough as of 8am.

Hopefully they will deliver it soon, so I can get on with the rest of the things I need to do today.

So since I won, where is my cookie?!
