Im new to the forums but not new to Mac yet I have never heard of this Safari thing I keep hearing about. What is it and where can I get it? Are there lions involved? I'm allergic to cats. Any info would be great!

Safari is a Web browser made by Apple as a replacement for Internet Explorer.

One minor point that might not be so obvious to legacy Mac OS users - Safari is strictly for OS X 10.2.x Jaguar and up. No OS 9 version exists, or is even possible. It's a Cocoa app developed from Konqueror, a Linux browser.
