I just downloaded Desktop Manager by Rich Wareham (http://wsmanager.sourceforge.net/) and find it very useful. No longer closing windows to get to something else is a plus. It's in the alpha stage, and I do wonder if I will experience any hiccups in using it. Does anyone else have any use for this and any negative results?

Best part about it is that it's free. I am really impressed by how well this app works. I've used a lot of "virtual desktop" apps for OS X, starting with Space.app for OS X 10.0 and I believe this is the best one of the bunch.

I'm looking forward to expose, but it's still a couple of months away.

Hopefully just a couple of weeks away.

I know that CodeTek VirtualDesktop is a far more robust application, but it's shareware and weighs in at 4.7 megabytes.

This little gem is only half a megabyte, and works just fine. Kudos to the programmer!
