Can anyone suggest a program I can use to virus scan my outgoing Word & Excel documents, so my PC correspondents can receive them with a "scanned & safe" notation their incoming mail scanners will recognize? I have recently had my mail rejected by a correspondent, in both Excel & PDF format with the following message:

Warning: This message has had one or more attachments removed
Warning: (name.pdf).
Warning: Please read the "VirusWarning.txt" attachment(s) for more
information.

What a pain in the butt!

I am using OSX 10.3.9 on a TiPB 667, Office X.

Hi
This may seem obvious, but when sending stuff, have you selected to 'Send Windows friendly attachments' ?
