So my faithful 2Wire finally failed me. TELUS sent me a Siemens to replace it and it keeps dropping the Wifi devices (authentication fails, requiring a gateway reboot 1 or 2 times a week)

I have spent three nights on the phone with TELUS over the past few weeks, yet it failed again yesterday morning.

Do I continue to try to get it fixed? Or do I insist on getting another 2Wire?

thanks

I have the Siemens SE567 from Telus as well. I use it as a modem only. I disabled the WIFI and run the modem into my dual band Apple Extreme. Not a single issue since. Solid and dependable signal with a range about three times that of the Siemens. The Apple Extreme is worth every dime.
