TD iPod

I recently got a Video ipod from TD Canada Trust's deal and the wheel buttons are kind of sticky, as in they don't make a clicking noise, and when I press them they don't really move downwards.

Anyone know anything about how I can possibly get a new one at all?

Um...maybe flash some cash.

Ummm... Apple? Warranty?
Apple's one year Applecare should apply to all things they make

Yes, but normally a manufacture would want a proof of purchase for warranty work. I'm not sure what the TD iPods come with in that regard...

Maybe go down to your local FS, say "Hey, I got this as a gift, but I really wanted the black one, and this one is white... can I just exchange it for a black one?" ;)

How long did your iPod take to come, btw? I got the Shuffle for moving some money over, and I'd be interested to know.
There is a serial number on the iPod and should serve as ID for applecare

It took about 4-5 weeks to get my video.
Enter your serial number here. (bottom in the About Your Support Coverage section). If it shows within warranty there, you don't need a receipt. Otherwise go back to the TD branch, they should swap if there is any issues with Apple.
