Um...maybe flash some cash.

Ummm... Apple? Warranty?I recently got a Video ipod from TD Canada Trust's deal and the wheel buttons are kind of sticky, as in they don't make a clicking noise, and when I press them they don't really move downwards.
Anyone know anything about how I can possibly get a new one at all?
It took about 4-5 weeks to get my video.Yes, but normally a manufacture would want a proof of purchase for warranty work. I'm not sure what the TD iPods come with in that regard...
Maybe go down to your local FS, say "Hey, I got this as a gift, but I really wanted the black one, and this one is white... can I just exchange it for a black one?"
How long did your iPod take to come, btw? I got the Shuffle for moving some money over, and I'd be interested to know.
