I'm currently on the line with Bell technical support.

What should be the simple act of upgrading my high speed profile has become an exercise in repetition and patience.

Why does Bell resist giving the service they advertise? As a Bell High Speed customer, if the equipment permits, you are eligible for the max download speeds of 5mbps. Currently I have the 3mbps profile. All they want to do is upgrade me to Ultra or test my existing service. After speaking with 3 ninnies they say Ok, the line is now upgraded. Why the battle Ma Bell?
