HELLO THERE,
I own an ICD ST10 Sony voice recorder, and I downloaded the software on my computer, everything went well on my PC(desktop), but on my laptop which supports the software I can't hear the sound, and the bar doesn’t move forward, but it tells me the length of the record. I did try to uninstall and install the software again, but nothing changed….what should I do???? Thank you for your help
