Should I buy the iPhone now from the States?
I'm a Canadian student in the US taking some courses in Boston, so I have the opportunity to buy an iPhone now and use it as an iPod + WiFi until a hack comes out. There are just 2 problems:
1 - What if the iPhone gets to Rogers?
2 - Even when the hack comes out, Apple can quickly patch it up. Yes, we'd have to do the update - and can avoid it - but I bet they'd make the iPhone have features that we'd crazily want, so we'd be forced to get it. (ie. iWork Mobile)
What do you guys suggest? Should I risk both of those and get one? Do you really think that Rogers is ever going to carry the iPhone?
