Did anyone else get a double restart? Mine did!
I had the same thing happen to me. I logged in and then it restarted a minute later right out of the blue. After the second restart, Skype launched by itself.

Anyone else have an application launch on the second restart?

Cheers.

A buddy was over and brought his brand new iMac to show me when the update suddenly appeared on screen. As I converted him from the dark side, I was explaining how software update worked and guided him through the simple process of downloading and installing.

His machine restarted but once.

I then launched software update on my first gen MBP and got the double restart, which surprised me since his was a single.

I now wonder what the difference was between the two machines.

Wonder if this will fix the non-working optical drives that seemed to pop-up here on ehMac after the last security update. Still running 10.3.8 so this won't have any effect on me.:D
