Yay bugs!
There's a remote root vunerability in Samba that I'd imagine affects Mac OS X (since it's been in the code for 7-8 years), but I haven't heard anything specific, nor is there a patch for it in Software Update.
If you're connected to the internet and have Windows File Sharing enabled, you might want to disable it until Apple provides a patch.
