Rogersonenumber and Time Capsul??

Trying to set up my TC router to work with the new Rogersonenumber so I can make phone calls from my computers.

Confusing info re port forwarding.

Anyone know how to make this work?

"The set up process is a little tricky. It involves downloading a Mobile Client app to your computer (Mac or PC) and verifying your mobile device with a PIN code. You’ll also need a Rogers online account."

Have you tried their site for support?

Or maybe try a good old fashioned phone call to their support desk techs???
It's unlikely that SLS will find any help from that link. You might want to try here: https://www.rogersonenumber.ca/help

And for what it's worth, I had no difficulty setting up the service after downloading the app from Rogers. I'm using an Apple Airport Extreme and no port forwarding (or other change) to my router were required.

A more specific question might help with troubleshooting.
