Absolutely brilliant!I remember seeing the playbook of CUPE at one point, about 20 years ago, which contained detailed written instructions on how CUPE members were to go to any non-unionized post office and feign deafness while placing postal orders in order to discourage customers from waiting in line.
When you juxtapose against Harper claiming that it's the opposition using the delaying tactics, yes there is much to be cynical about. Not that young....I realize most parties practice procedural manoeuvres, but this is the first I recall of a party actually creating a handbook for its members,
I wouldn't try it--the CUPE plan failed miserably.Absolutely brilliant!

At least the opposition is trying to work together.
With the Connies tried to block everything, it's rather hard no?Yes, they've worked to pass some landmark Bills, haven't they--and brought down the government in the process.
The Post Office sure it was CUPE and not CUPW?I wouldn't try it--the CUPE plan failed miserably.
