Is it just me or does Quicktime Pro run better?
I finely broke down and bought Pro, now I can play .mov full screen with no problems. Before, with the standard Quicktime I couldn't make any video bigger than the original without it being jerky and fuzzy.
I like it, at least the registration works for both X and 9.

This is one of the features of QTPro. The free version limits playback window size, ability to save, encoding into MPEG4/AAC etc. In other words, the free version is crippled (but only to a similar degree as Real Player). There are other ways to playback movies on a Mac without paying the Pro price (e.g. VLC) but QT Pro is well worth the price for the full capabilities.
