In a major way... I know that one of the challenges in the early TiBook designs was the hinges on the screen. I've been taking a close look @ mine and wonder if they can take the abuse of endless and repeated opening a closing. The closer I look, the more that I see that the back of the case slightly bending to the pressure of the motion. I don't want them to be too loose, but is there some kind of Graphite dust spray I could use? I have visions of the little things snapping... More reasons why I do love the Pismo design - and thankfully, the new AlBooks have the same solid SINGLE HINGE.
