All of a sudden my wife's side of the computer will not open iTunes. The message:

"The iTunes Library file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file".

I'm the admin, and we have been sharing the same library forever with no problems. Does anyone have any suggestions. I can't find this error message on the Apple site.

Thanks.

More than likely something has changed the permissions on the file; have you checked the permissions on the file? (Choosing File-> Get Info when the iTunes Library file is selected in the Finder).
