HELP! i didn't really get much help from the last post, so i'm asking again. i'm trying to print from my ibook (using 10.2) to my bosses cube running os 9. i've tried IP printing, normal, etc. nothing. i'm stuck with going into his office, unplugging the printer and plugging into my comp. my file sharing is on, as is his. my printer sharing is on. we have unique IP's. i don't get it. :(

thanks in adavnce,

Phil

Did you try downloading DAVE and use the print share facility built in to DAVE??
if you use DAVE, you don't need to file share, nor to print share via the OS

DAVE can capture a printer and share it to the network.

I have used this solution at a client who uses a 15" powerBook on and prints over wireless Airport card thru a DLink wireless router via an eMac that is sharing their HP network printer using DAVE on the eMac

(I hope I mentioned that before when you posed this question)
