I have a dual 2.4 8 core mac pro i'm thinking about selling.

6 gigs ram
1T drive
GT120
has wifi and bluetooth.

What's it worth?

that site doesn't seem to have the mid 2010 on the list, just 2009 machines. weird.

mac2sell overprices mac pro's anyways, so their quotes are useless. worse than useless because they may give a false sense of value to the seller.

i sold an 8 core 2.26 a few months ago for $1200. yours would be higher, but you can use that as a baseline.

With a quick look at ebay etc. on equivalent Mac Pros and "Completed listings", it would seem that the buyer for yours got a really good deal.

But yes, mac2sell prices do seem to be a fair bit on the high side from reality.
