photo publishing software

hey folks,

wondering if anyone can give me some recommendations for publishing my photos to the web.

i used to use a neat piece of software, but i cant remember the name!!

it would allow me to select an iphoto album and then i could choose all kinds of different parameters (# of photos per page, thumbnail size, etc...). then i just clicked a button and voila it would create a neat little directory for me to upload to my web server.

anyone know what that's called? or can anyone offer any other suggestions?

I think you might be talking about BetterHTMLExport from droolingcat.com - I made this gallery using it. You can look to see if that looks like what you are after. It was 'sold' to geeksrus.com and costs $20.

Lately, I have been using Daniel Staudigel's WebExport which is free and offers a lot of options as to styles including a no-brainer Flash template. I made this gallery with WebExport Flash template and believe me I do not know Flash programming,

Both options operate as iPhoto plugins and after installations appear in the iPhoto Export... panel.

yes!!! it was gallerie! thank you!
i was searching google, but i was spelling it 'gallery'.

i will check out some of the other options in this thread as well.

Anyone knows how to make a flickr like gallery. A user uploadable gallery.

I use WebPics for all my online galleries.

Here's an example. Any design ugliness is entirely *my* fault and not WebPics.
