Not that the outcome of this article we'll be any great revelation to any of you, but it's a great read and certainly poignant. As we all rush around self absorbed in our daily lives, it may pay to stop, look around and even have a little listen.

kps, I was in San Francisco in October, and the same sort of thing was taking place. I listened to an entire violin piece and dropped a $10 bill in the violin case. I got a nod and a smile of appreciation from this trained person.
