I saved a list of songs from I tunes to a PDF file,e mailed it to a friend who has a PC but it comes to him a as Jpeg file !! Any ideas ?? Thanks
Your PC bound friend probably can not process PDFs because he need to have something that can read PDFs - like Adobe Reader. Get him to DL it, and install it, and it should cease being a JPG...

You might try sending him the file zipped. Perhaps he can unzip it and then it will be viewed as a pdf.

(I'm on my first coffee so please excuse the lack of elaboration. this solution has worked for me before in a pinch.)

p.s. the problem is on his end...

The other thing that wprked for me is to simply change the extension from .jpg tp .pdf at the receiving end.
The recipient of course needs Acrobat Reader, but that is pretty standard on any PC I have ever seen.

Well... make sure the file extension is .pdf, and set the mailer to transmit "windows friendly attachments". Other than that, I can not figure out why it will not read as a PDF on a 'Doze box.

Adobe Reader is not a part of the Windoze system, it is an extra, and as such, many people will not have a copy of it; unless they have run into PDF files in their travels.
