So with all that is going on, virus outbreaks and other issues..
I decided want to stock pile some rations..
so i found an amazing farmer 2 hours from us.. Farmer Jim..
https://www.grassfedbeefontario.com

I drove up and got a tour... what an amazing farmer and farm.. i bought a 1/4 of a cow..
loved my visit.. we just made some today, which i picked up on Sunday -

wife said it was so nice to handle meat that fresh, felt so good and smelt nice.. lol BTW - warning.. it cooks super super fast !! farmer Jim was serious when he said it. tastes amazing

the quality - it is amazing, so nutritious and so lean... we had so much fun visiting farmer Jim's farm, he gave us a tour. Mention my name when you order..

so glad i went up. i will only be buying my meat from Farmer Jim going forward.
Mention Steve sent ya ;)

I was once served fresh beef from Highland Cattle raised in Caledon. Incredible. I see the guy sells duck eggs, which I love to eat soft-boiled.

Growing up on the farm we raised our own beef, pork, chickens & turkeys. Nothing like home-grown meat.

I miss it.
