Hello everyone

I just noticed this across the Powerbook line, Apple has taken the number pad from our keyboards and put it on the Powerbooks. Now maybe Apple has always done this in the past on the TiBooks and iBooks, but I just noticed that for the first time today while looking at the FULL size pics of the Powerbooks at Apple's site. :D Has Apple always done this in the past? Do other Notebook manufacturers do this?

You know I never stopped to look at my wifes Lombard to see if that is the case? I do know that DELL and NEC offer such a feature.

I have a numberpad built-in on my original series iBook (clamshell), so Apple's been doing it for quite some time... I think one of my other earlier laptops also had it, but I don't recall exactly.

Frankly, I never use the thing... but I do notice that unlike the black lettering on my other keys, the orange lettering on the keypad isn't wearing off... (now, where's that "a" again?)
