I'm confused -- do you want a redeisgned iMac, or just a cheap close-out deal on the current ones?
Gah, I hope not. Call me old fashioned, but a touch-screen Mac wouldn't do it for me... it's really unappealing, depending on what options were touch-screen capable.New imacs with touch screen technology....the way of the future..

Sadly for those of us on a budget, if the rumors are correct, and Apple kills off the 17," then I won't be able to afford a new 20" with those specs. An educational 17" with a dedicated GPU would be very nice.I'm guessing that the updated iMacs will have specs close to the new MacBook Pros with the Santa Rosa Chips, Wireless N, GeForce 8600M etc... and have slimmer, more streamlined enclosures.
An obvious geuss I suppose...![]()
