New Harman Kardon's SoundStick

The overall look stays the same with two added features.

1. Volume control on the right sound stick

2. Analog Audio Input Plug (Not like the Old USB version)

Now you can use your soundstick with your ummmm maybe .......iPod

Hurray! I welcome both of these changes, representative says this is a future product in stores at the end of February (ETA is a U.S. estimate)

The product sheet only indicates Analog Input.
As opposed to the web site that states only USB interface.
An educated guess says the took USB out and put in Analog input. You would have to decide, one or the other.

Does the Cube not have an analog out?

re: wasting a USB port,

There are USB speaker sets in this world that will blow the pants off of most analogue speaker sets. The sound is quite, quite nice out of a lot of them.
