Although this could just be IBM pushing a lost leader on MS in order to up production at it's new plant, (which also makes the G5 chips) this announcement is good for ATI in Canada as they have also been tagged as the new video card supplier over NVidia.

Good for gamers, good for ATI, good for Apple?
