Macintosh SE memory

Would any standard 30 pin SIMM memory module work in either a SE Superdrive or SE FDHD?
I have two SEs that I want to sell along with a Plus but both SEs have problems with locking up randomly and have other weird errors.

If it is possible, would it be a good idea to upgrade the Plus to 4MB as well?

One other thing, will a 4GB SCSI drive work in a SE?
I don't have any smaller SCSI hard drives and the internal drive is broken, I do have lots of external cases though and no idea what to do with them. :)

I have way too much classic mac and apple II stuff which I have to get rid of to make space. :(

I have a module I picked up for my SE/30 at Westworld for $.99. I have been too lazy to install it.

If you are in Calgary, you can have it.
My SE is in the basement in a box. Why would you want to do anything with it? Nostalgia is great but I'm not about to look for a new saddle for my horse. Let it go!

Any 30-pin SIMM 120ns or faster will work, there are however some Apple branded ones that have a resistor at the top of each bank, and for whatever reason these don't work. There is however a practical limit of 8MB of memory due to a lack of 32-bit addressing. There are ways around that - Mode32 and what-not but how much effort is it really worth?

I was able to hook up a 10GB IBM SCSI drive to an SE, so I can't see why the 4GB wouldn't work.
If you're near Edmonton, you can have my color Classic, complete with 2 memory modules just like you're looking for. I have no idea what sizes they are... probably 1MB ea.
I'm in Ontario and I have no more room for any more macs :)
I'm trying to get rid of the ones I have :D
I have a Mac Plus with dozens and dozens of floppies of various games and programs that I love to play with from time to time :D . BlueMax, if your willing to ship your Color Classic and memory modules to Quebec, I will gladly pay you the shipping costs. PM me if you are interested.
