I can't for the life of me remember the name or where I first came across it, but it has a simple interface made up of 2 turntables that essentially allow you to play two files at once, modulate the pitch/volume, etc. I think it had the ability to record on the fly but not sure. I thought it was Traktor but that looks way too complicated; perhaps a stripped down version? Like I said, the UI is very minimalistic with only two turntables and various dials.

I'd like to start mixing (or at least try) some mp3s together and learn deejaying. If there is a more intuitive piece of software out there some can recommend, that's more than welcomed.

Ben Watt, eat your heart out! :ptptptptp

Whoops, finally remembered what forum I discovered it at. Software is Djay.

If you have trouble with it finding your itunes library let me know.

how about admixdj, it allows you to change tempo and key of mixed tracks independently. See audio graphics and beats. Mix songs with beat matching. I like this.
Were you aware that this is a Mac forum??

Djay does all the stuff admix does ... and more.
