Leather Cleaners - Recommendations?

Recently purchased a leather chair for the office, but alas, it is white. Which is fine, as it looks great, but the dirt shows up on white like crazy. Had for a week now, and there's a slight black stain/dirt on the main seating area of the chair already. What do you recommend to maintain and clean leather surfaces, especially white ones?

In a small area I would try a magic eraser, those things work well for almost everything.

Aaaand -- they work by abrading the dirt from the surface, they are made of a melamine sponge that works like tiny rasps. Not recommended for monitor screens and I would be wary on a surface like leather.

Lars, try some cold cream or non-exfoliating skin cleanser first.
