Just look for any site that will help you learn FreeBSD. My suggestion is that you go to your local library and see what books they have on UNIX there, eg. UNIX for dummies, may be a little old (95 versions in some cases) but they'll teach you how to use the terminal like a pro. UNIX is geeky, but powerful, and a heck of a lot of fun to play with, especially when you play around with ftp sites!

There is an excellent book available (OSX v10.2):
Visual QuickPro Guide, UNIX for Mac OSX, Matisse Enzer, PeachPit Press Berkley, CA USA © 2003 *
ISBN 0-201-79535-3

Here are a few websites you may find useful:
O'Reily Mac Dev Centre
OSX FAQ
Thanks to jfpoole for this one:
OSX Troubleshooting

* Post-dating a copyright surely can't be legal. I bought mine in mid-December 2002. I have no idea if this can render the copyright invalid, but I do know that using the incorrect copyright notice can (for example, (c) is not legal while © and "copyright" are).
