If someone from the USA buys and E-Mails me an iTunes gift certificate, can we redeem it on the iTunes MS from here in Canada? Has it been tested?

Absolutely it works. A friend of mine sent me one.

The only thing is that the license for iTMS says that it's not to be used outside of the US.

So if you spend $20 on a gift certificate and download music you've essentially PAID $20 to steal music (or at least use it outside of the license agreement).

Works great though, we really are missing out up here.
