Is iWeb really a usable app. for Web set up???

Please, see my other post about iWeb... I had trouble posting it so it came up twice. This is an edited version of it to remind the site managers that for some reason ehMac has not been receiving my post at first attempt. I basically have to hit the back button on my failed attempt to try and resubmit. There's been day's in the past two weeks when I have tried 8-9 times to get my posting up & running?
...What's up with that... I hope things can get better 'cause soon I think I'll just give up trying if it's too difficult to participate.
