Never had the chance to try this! Strange but intreguing!

The best I got was from an older guy at my gym pointing to my hand and asking "is that an ipod?!"

My husbands says he sees the white earphones quite often and assumes it's an ipod. Smart of apple to have the earphones as the dead give away since the ipod is usually in a pocket.

That would be assuming that they are using the supplied ear buds - which I hate actually. outisde of that, how do you notice a iPod user unless he/she is holding it hand??

How much do you want to bet that most ipod users use the supplied buds?

There is a reason you buy apple. And one of those reasons is for other people to SEE that you use apple.

It's like using a Microsoft mouse. I may really dislike the one button mouse, but I'm not using anything but an apple product hooked up to my machine. But that's just me.

I don't use the white earbuds outside the house. In my neighbourhood, you don't want everyone to know you got an iPod.
