My wife and I both experienced WiFi and Bluetooth failure after updating our iphone 4S' to ios7.0.2. Both options are grayed out and cannot be turned on. Are there others on this forum experiencing the same problem?

I've been following a thread on the apple support communities site for a week and have tried everything including resetting to factory settings.

Resetting to factory setting does not do a complete restore of the phone.

i suggest doing it with itunes.. (backup and restore)

Yes, over the past week working with a Sr. IOS Advisor from Apple, we performed the reset and restore. Here are a couple links that better describes the problem.

Had the same thing - Wi-Fi and BT.
Went to an Apple store and they replaced my phone. Before that I had tried resetting, complete restore etc etc.

Apple store does this as soon as it is a hardware issue.

Yes, my wife and I just returned from the apple store here in Edmonton. The manager there suggested what seemed to be a fair deal. They replaced one of our 4S'and I purchased a new 5s. Everything looks good so far, all WiFi and BT functioning properly.
