Hello All,

On my mac book pro, when using the internet (using a Belkin wirelss N router), safari basically stops working. The web site freezes up and I need either to restart the computer, turn on or off the airport card, or unplug the router and modem all together.

When I use my PC or other laptops with the same wireless network, I never have a problem. Its driving me nuts. Any suggestions???

Is safari to blame?

Rather than rebooting or unplugging, try to do a "force quit" on Safari.
(Hold down Option and Apple key and hit esc key)
And to see if it is Safari, which I think it's possible, try using another browser.
I like Camino, lot of people use Firefox...there are a lot of browser choices for the Mac.
