Installed Adobe CS3 - Remove CS2?

3656 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Kosh
Finally got all of Adobe CS3 installed and working. Next point - Would like to remove CS2 from my computer to free up some room. I tend to be cautious because of possibility of losing past serial numbers etc. and messing up CS3.
Anyone have advice pro or con on this?

I wait till I know the new version is working then I trash the older version.
The worst thing that can happen is a reinstall of the application.
Never had it happen in over 10 years.
After I installed CS3 Suite some of my CS2 apps wouldn't work so I think you'll be ok.
For something like the CS2/3 Suite I would look for an unistaller on the CD it came with. Adobe tends to install more stuff than just the main application.
