2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB RAM and 320GB SATA HD
ElCapitan installed and in OutOfBox status.

What would be a good price for selling?

Performance will be poor with El Capitan and 2 GB RAM. Can you restore it back to 10.7 or so?

I can restore it to Yosemite or Maverick or maybe even what ever system was on it when purchased. I believe Apple will allow that.
What is it worth though?

While still capable of most tasks, anyone buying this computer does so with the expectation of a very limited lifespan. It should be priced accordingly.

I too would definitely want to step away from el Capitan.

They maintain quite optimistic prices though.
Yours seems to fetch around 340$ US.
