I was wondering how, in Mail and Mountain Lion, one might be able to write an email today and have it set up to send tomorrow? Is there a way in Mail?

I don't have ML, but I'll assume that Automator and Calendar/iCal are still part of the installation and recommend reading this page. The first response gives an elegant solution. Other answers recommend dedicated scripts that may or may not work in ML.
