No but Telus/Koodo have been testing. I expect them to support wifi calling.

I hope they all do. I have iffy Rogers LTE service up in my condo and wifi calling would really help.

It seems that it's already possibly available here with some providers, and providing one has a compatible phone, so says some hits with a Google search:

Thanks for that link. Here is the quote from Rogers on that topic.

We’ll support the iOS 8 Wi-Fi calling feature when it becomes available in Canada.
