Where is Cadboro Bay?
Garage Band in iLife '08 not working
Garage Band gets to the Initializing bar and then just closes. Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?

Thanks for the quick response, I'll try a reinstall tomorrow morning.
Okay, I've tried a complete reinstall of the entire iLife suite, as well as a reinstall of Garage Band by itself. I've also repaired permissions.
I looked on the Apple discussion board and it looks like the problem is common. It appears to be a corrupt font thats causing the problem, although the font they have been talking about is not installed on my system. Hmm...

My copy works perfectly, so as many have mentioend try reinstalling the suite.
