2.0 DP G5 PCI-X - can these run Panther?

Same question for 2.3 DC G5 PCI-e.

Best system for those is Tiger 10.4.11, though they can even run Leopard. Snow Leopard no longer supports Power PC.

I'm interested in Panther as I'm contemplating building an old "legacy" Pro Tools Mix+ System.
