Hello,

I can't believe how fast this connection is at work here. It took 2 minutes and 4 seconds to downloade iMove 3 and it took just over 1 minute for iPhoto 2. Not too bad.

First impressions of iPhoto 2:

- the "enhance" feature works fairly well on dark photos, but about 50% of the time makes most photos worse :( (and it definitely treats light skin better than dark skin).

- The slideshow feature is pretty neat, but I would like to be able to choose transition effects (they are straight cuts from photo to photo. But if you press Esc to end the photo show, it fades out the photo and music to black).

- If anything, and despite the recommended system requirements of a 400mhz G3, my 300mhz seems a bit snappier (though that may just be due to the optimization script that ran following installation).

- Book construction tools are still quite limiting.

- integrated with iMovie & iTunes, as promised!
