I have 2.1.2 running on my dual G5 powermac (Leopard 10.5.1).
Try restarting frontrow or reboot.

This is what I used to initially have FrontRow running on Tiger.

Eventually, updating to Leopard, I seem to be on the latest version without doing anything else.
